Flexible Printed Circuits Board(FPCB)

        FPCB carries out the circuit layout on a flexible substrate in the printing way. On account of a series of characteristics such as continuous automatic production and improvement of wiring density, light weight, small volume, reduction of wiring error, high pliability and  flexibility to change shape etc., as well as the signal transmission, flip-open cover or rotation using and other functions, which can be reached among different components with FPCB connected to the host PCB, especially after the electronic products move towards the trend of thinner and shorter, the growth of FPCB keeps a strong momentum. 
        FPCB is widely applied in Mobile phone,Digital camera,Camcorder,Computer and Peripheral, Automotive, satellite equipment, military equipment, medical equipment and other fields. 

1. Single Sided Flex Circuit

        Single sided FPCB is the most basic circuit, also the one being most widely used. A particularly designed circuit mode according to the requirements of customers can be formed on a flexible copper-clad material through chemical etching on copper layer. And then add a layer of insulative polyimide or polyester coverlay, so as to achieve the function of protecting the circuit and enhancing bending and torsion.

       B. Single Sided Flex Circuit with Dual Access:

       Single-sided double-contact flex circuit with only one single layer is a monolayer flex circuit board, which can realize the effect of conductive contact on both sides.

2. Double Sided Flex Circuits

         Double-sided FPC is a circuit with two conductive layers, which can achieve electrical connections between the two layers through plated-through-hole. Double-sided flex circuit allows more complicated circuit designs than single-sided flex circuit.

3. Multi Layer Flex Circuits

        Multilayer flex circuit is a circuit with complex interconnection relations formed by joining up multiple single-sided or double-sided circuits. A multilayer flex circuit may not be the continuous lamination of each layer, can be designed into the structure of single and single with local space. 100% polyimide materials structure has better resistance to high temperature stable performance than other similar materials.
